Ask a humanOn the Starter plan, correct. You add money to your shipping wallet and we deduct the courier charge per shipment — that's the only cost. Paid plans are for automation, faster COD and support SLAs, not for access to the couriers.
On chargeable weight — the higher of actual weight and volumetric weight (L × B × H ÷ 5000). That gets multiplied by the zone between your pickup and delivery PIN codes. COD orders add a fee that is the higher of a flat charge or a percentage of order value. Everything is itemised on each shipment.
Growth and above: two working days from delivery, remitted every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Starter: seven working days. Every payout comes with an order-level reconciliation sheet so you can match it against your books.
Raise a claim from the shipment page within 15 days. Standard cover is up to ₹5,000 per parcel at no cost; you can opt into higher cover per shipment at checkout. We chase the carrier — you don't have to.
Not to create an account and start shipping prepaid parcels. You'll need a GSTIN for COD remittance, for shipments above ₹50,000 that require an e-way bill, and for cross-border. You can add it later from Settings.
